Let's talk about HEALTH!!!!
A healthy man lives life the way he wants it to be. He is happier, more productive and even looks younger than a person who deprives health.
Health doesn't only talk on the physical aspect but also involves the person as a whole- his physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual aspects. These act interdependently to a man's growth. When these five mentioned aspects are healthy, meaning they are functioning well, then a person is completely healthy.There are many published articles all over the world stressing the importance of health and even writing some tips on how to maintain a healthy body. Having enough rest, eating the right kind of food, executing some exercises, drinking eight to ten glasses of water a day, are some of the tips that are commonly read. There are no doubts that those advices given are effective as one strives in achieving a healthy body. However, those things are not enough. One must consider his entire well-being for him to be healthy all through out.
A stressful mind makes a person weak. Studies show that the brain which functions beyond its limits affects the person physically. Since the human brain works twenty-four hours a day, seven times a week, then one shouldn't overuse it. Thinking negative thoughts and using the mind beyond its usual capacity are some factors that make the mental aspect of a person unhealthy.
It has been observed that a socially-inclined person maintains a good health condition than those who live alone. Sometimes it is not good to keep everything inside, that contributes negative energy. Releasing the burden through a friend is one way of avoiding a stressful life that leads to emotional impairment. The emotional aspect of a human being is the most sensitive one. It is very difficult to erase the emotional stain because it is usually permanent and the easiest to remember. An emotionally unstable person forgets about his hygiene, the proper ways of taking good care of himself because the pain ruled the entire person.
The spiritual aspect of a person also acts with the other four. A healthy spiritual life results to a well-balanced living. Whatever emotional, spiritual and mental stress an individual undergoes, if he is strong spiritually then he has nothing to worry about.
Health comes in package. It is a balance between the outside and inner dimensions of a person. If the other one is missing or impaired, then one is considered to be unhealthy. One can't work well without the other, every single aspect of one's being must interact well to the others so as to attain a good health condition, and prevents wrinkles at a younger age.
